well these past few days have been iffy . had a track meet friday . 4x8 came in fourth . i was anchor ran a 2:05.my fastest of the year. then five minutes later i had to run the 110m hurdles. 17.9 . slowest time of my life time . disappointment. hour later. 300m hurdles. 43.4 could do way better than that. was aiming for 41.5 that day. could have achieved it if my legs werent worn. gotta do better. conference is coming fast. lets get to work.
saturday painted. got a phresh cut. then went chilled with my son christian and josh and played some xbox all day.
had practice on a sunday morning. kinda stuff is that. oh well. whatever it takes to get better. then slept all day. i guess thats good.
anyway. life needs to get back on track. slippin a bit.
